The work in this proposed contract consists of:(1)developing an evaluation plan for conducting Subsurface Untility Enigineering (SUE) evaluations in selected State Highway Agencies, (2) conducting an in-depth evaluation of the SUE activities in each of the selected State Highway Agencies, and (3) documenting the SUE evaluations in a final report. All responsible businesses may submit a proposal which will be considered by FHWA. The period of performance is 30 months.
