The U.S. Government does not have unlimited rights to data for the F402 Pegasus engine for which the support is being procured. As the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the F402 engine, Rolls Royce Military Aero Engines Limited is the only known source with the requisite experience, knowledge and technical data required to perform this effort.
