SOL DAHC35-96-B-0013 DUE 072596 POC Contract Specialist Joan Butterfield (703) 806-4608 (Site Code DAHC35) The Contractor shall provide service as a Civilian Counseling Services Program Coordinator for the Fort Belvoir Counseling Center, working directly in conjunction with the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Control Officer, Army Drug Alcohol Prevention and Control Program (ADAPCP). The Contractor has responsibility for providing education, information, screening, assessment, and referral for retirees and the nonmilitary component of the area served by Fort Belvoir Counseling Center, and their family members, i.e., military retirees and civilian workers. This is a full time position for one year from October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997, and is a small business set-aside procurement. Four twelve-month option periods are possible.
