RESTORATION TECHNOLOGY POSTER SESSION POC Mr Billy D. Bright, Bioenvironmental Engineering Department, 210-536-3831. USAFSAM/BE welcomes the participation of exhibitors for a Restoration Technology Poster Session which will be held on 8 August 1996 at the school's new academic complex located at 2602 West Gate Road (Rooms 149 & 150), Brooks AFB, Texas. The Restoration Technology Poster Session will be held in conjunction with a USAFSAM/BE college accredited course titled: Site Restoration Tools, Techniques, and Technologies. The purpose of this restoration technology poster session is to present leading edge environmental restoration technologies either currently being used or projected for future use to address ground water and soil contamination from past hazardous waste operations. This event will be open on 8 August 1996 to government personnel between the hours of 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. A Committee of environmental restoration experts will judge the submitted abstracts and compile a final selection list. All abstract submissions should include the following items: name of firm, point of contact, telephone/facsimile numbers, e-mail address, complete mailing address, photograph of display, spatial/electrical requirements, list of technologies, technical analysis of technology, implementation cost, clean-up timelines, regulatory requirements/permits, specific technology examples. Since there will be no exhibition fee charged for this event, exhibitors will be solely responsible for their booth, chairs, lodging, travel cost, and any other costs associated with this event. Electrical outlets will be provided but exhibitors will be responsible for their own extension cords. Selected exhibitors will receive a letter of approval to exhibit approximately 2 weeks after the 5 July 1996 deadline.
