The Armstrong Laboratory, Human Systems Center, Brooks AFB, TX, has projected their FY97 Small Business Research and Development topic requirements which include Crew Systems, Human Resources, Occupational and Environmental Health, Aerospace Medicine, and Environics Directorates. These topics will be pre-released on or before 15 June 1996. This will give program participants an opportunity to ask technical questions about specific solicitation topics by telephone before the solicitation opens and will include the name and telephone number of topic authors. Once the solicitation opens (usually 1 October 1996) telephone questions will no longer be accepted and program participants may ask written questions through the SBIR/STTR Interactive Topic Information System (SITIS) described in the solicitation.
