The work in this proposed contract consists of : (1) developing training materials for up to a 4 day course on the application of Finite Element Surface-Water Modeling System:Two Dimensional Flow in a Horizontal Plane (FESWMS-2DH) and Surface-Water Modeling System (SMS); and (2) presenting two pilot courses and as many course presentations as required by the FHWA for a 4-year period.
