The complete project will be a new single story 1,700 SF building to be utilized for the maintenance and repair of refueling vehicles. The work includes demolition of the existing reinforced masonry building, sitework to situate the new building, extension of utilities and services, connection of systems to other facilities, fencing, asphalt paving, concrete and reinforced masonry wall construction, steel joist and rubber membrane roofing, fire protection, heating and ventilating systems, plumbing, explosion prevention systems, electrical power and lighting systems. Demolition on existing building will not proceed until the new building is placed into service. This project is located at the Pennsylvania Air National Guard Facility at Harrisburg International Airport, Middletown Pennsylvania. Estimated project range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Performance period is one hundred sixty (160) calendar days. Solicitations will be available fifteen (15) days after publication of this announcement. The Bid Opening Date (BOD) will be no less than thirty (30) calendar days after availability of the solicitation. Only one solicitation, with plans and specifications, will be provided to each firm. A copy of these documents will be available for inspection at the United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO), Annville, Pennsylvania. Any questions pertaining to the solicitation must be submitted in writing to the USPFO, Annville, Pennsylvania no later than ten (10) calendar days prior to the BOD. With your request for a solicitation, each firm must include their Federal Tax Identification Number, corporate status, and business size.
