This work applies to 34 like buildings at the Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center which is located on the Air National Guard operated area of the Alpena County Regional Airport. Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, materials and supervision necessary to accomplish the above described work. Availability of the buildings for work is subject to the schedule of the training center and therefore the project will be phased into a maximum of 8 phases. Work could start as early as September 1996, or as late as December 1996. Duration of work will be 9 months. Project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
