The communitors shall be replaced with new sewage grinding units, and associated equipment, including new motorized slide gaskets, equipment hoists, and automatic push button controls. The work also includes the renovation of one of the sewage pump stations, by removing and replacing the existing pumps, motors, shafts, valves, piping, level controls, flowmeter, PH meter, heating/ventilating system, lighting, wiring and conduit. The wet wells, trenches shall be cleaned, repaired and modified as indicated and incidental related work. Estimated Cost Range: $250,000 to $500,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 10 June 1996. A limited number of specifications will be available on a first-come-first-served basis until the supply is exhausted. There is no charge for the first set of plans and specs (additional sets are $25.00 each). HOWEVER, EACH FIRM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING BID DATA.
