The completion time for this project is 180 days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Specifications will be available on or about June 21, 1996. Offers are due July 24, 1996 at 4:00 pm (Chicago time). This procurement is open to all business concerns in accordance with the small business competitive demonstration program.
