Non-personal total maintenance service in adminstrative areas and Government owned and leased Army Family Housing in Patch, Kelley, Robinson Barracks and Panzer Kaserne in Stuttgart, Germany. Services include, but are not limited to, maintenance of ventilation, airconditioning, building and structures, roads and grounds, electrical, heating, water and sewer systems. Work reception desk operation as well a change of occupancy in the AFH area have to be contractor performed. Technical and price proposals will have to be submitted.
