delivery shall be at 325 DACA. This procurement requires
prequalification. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which
shall be considered by the agency. Authority and justification is FAR
6.302-1, Only One Source or Only a Limited Number of Responsible
Sources. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside,
restricted to the following approved sources: W&G Machine Company,
Hamden, CT; Manes Allen Machine Inc., Ft. Collins, CO; Rotair
Industries Inc., Bridgeport, CT; The Prudy Corporation, Manchester, CT;
GSE Dynamics, Inc., Hauppauge, NY. The time required for approval of
new supplies is such that award and delivery cannot be delayed pending
approval of a new source. Firms are encouaged to seek source approval
in order to compete for future solicitations IAW the instructions
contained in Section L of the solicitation. Information on meeting of
