The Naval Medical Logistics Command has a requirement for reagents and disposables for the operation and calibration of the following analyzers; Coulter T-890, Hema-Tek 1000, Stainer 4480A, Fiske OS Osmometer, MLA Electra 900 and Haemonetics 115 Cell Washer. These analyzers are aboard the 1000 bed hospital ship USNS Mercy. This facility is maintained in a deployable status, but does not treat patients on a regular basis. The contractor shall provide the reagents and disposables for the analyzers during a reduced operating and full operating status. The contractor shall have at least two means of communication by which delivery orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The contract shall insure delivery of 95% of the required items within 48 hours of initial notification, with the completion of any remaining items from the initial order within 72 hours of notification. The contractor shall provide resupply capability to the ship while activated, packaged for air transportation outside of the continental United States. It is anticipated that the contract will be firm fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity for the base year with four option years.
