for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart
12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this
notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals
are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RFP
No. N65236-96-R-0182 applies and incorporates provisions and clauses in
effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-37 and Defense
Acquisition Circular 91-10. This procurement is open to all responsible
sources. The SIC Code is 3577 and the Size Standard is 1000 employees.
A Defense Priorities and Allocations System rating of DO A70 applies.
The requirement is for a firm fixed price contract with one (1) line
item. Line Item 0001: Quantity/Unit of Issue - Two (2) each,
Description - Imaging and Graphics Display Systems, Ramtek Model
RM-4660 or equal, 19'' Rackmount Chassis, used for processing data to
images fed into a host system. The following configuration applies to
each unit: 1-4660-RK1 Controller, 1-3524 Refresh Memory, 2-5402 2 Mbyte
DLM, 1-6012 2nd Video 12, 1-2104 Serial Link/Cursor, 1-1922 GPIF,
1-NTDS NTDS I/F, 1-RS422-RE Serial Link/Cursor RS422 mod, 2-VIDEO-RE
Video 12 mod, 1-N9-016-0 Rugged Kit. Salient Characteristics:
Instruction set must be Ramtek 9460 compatible, Single or multiple
independent display subsystems, single or dual displays per subsystem,
Up to 36 bit planes of refresh memory, 1280 x 1024 60Hz display
resolution, Independent pan/zoom on 4 bit plane boundaries, Super pan
feature to allow magnifying glass effect over a large image, MC68020
based processor controller module, Window assist hardware to display
information from up to seven memory groups, Mountable rack chassis.

responsible offeror whose offer is the most advantageous to the

offeror that meets the solicitation's minimum criteria for technical
acceptability at the lowest price. To be determined technically
acceptable, the offeror must furnish product literature that
