The ACC Contracting Squadron intends to negotiate a non-competitive, sole source contract with Bruhn New Tech Inc for the following: Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Analysis Systems, a computer software application designed to predict the downwind hazard area from any nuclear, biological, or chemical attack. The purchase will include manuals, training aids and software updates. Proposed contract will be an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity requirement contract, basic year and two option years from the date of contract award. This procurement is authorized by 10 USC 2304(c)(1). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation document exists. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. However, all proposals received within twenty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the government to complete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Telephone requests will not be honored. (141)
