Rucco (404) 752-2752 (Site Code DAKF11) HQ Forces Command, Army Atlanta Contracting Center (AACC) intends to issue a solicitation, using full and open competition, for cost-per-copy copier service at 16 major installations. Work requires the contractor provide cost per copy support to include all supplies (except paper), equipment (four volume bands), maintenance, training, movement (etc. for Government employees) to make copies. Copiers will be located at the following installations and sub-installations: Forts Bragg, Campbell, Hood, Carson, Drum, Lewis, Devens, McCoy, Meade, McPherson, Riley, Stewart, Benning, Indiantown Gap, A.P. Hill, and Presidio of Monterey. A requirements type contract with a base period plus three one year option periods is anticipated. The anticipated performance start date is 1 October 1996. The planned release date for the solicitation is 1 July 1996 with proposal receipt date scheduled for 1 August 1996. The request for the solicitation must be in writing, accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashier's check, or money order payable to the US Treasury Dept in the amount of $50.00 per package. Those offerors who submitted a response to the DRAFT solicitation and have previously paid their $50.00 fee need not respond to this synopsis, a copy of the solicitation will automatically be sent to your company.
