Furnish all plant, labor, equipment and material, and perform all operations necessary to provide an estimated 2,500 flight suits per year. The Government's intent is to establish an Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery contract for the following: Flight Suits, solid khaki (tan) in accordance with Mil Spec MIL-C-83141; sizes will range from 34 short to 48 long, one tan colored Nomex two-way front zipper; all thread must be khaki; 4.5 oz piece of dyed Nomex fabric; name tape velcro, khaki colored, 2'' X 4'' rectangular piece will be centered on the left shoulder velcro, khaki colored, 3 1/2'' X 3 1/2'' square placed on each sleeve just below the shoulder seam; made of fire resistant Nomex material; chest pockets with military zippers; sleeve pocket with bellows and pen/pencil holder; adjustable one (1) waist velcro tabs; thigh pocket with Nomex khaki colored military zipper; leg pocket with a military zipper; pleated action back; adjustable velcro sleeve tabs, khaki colored; and a rounded collar.
