Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS) for Safety Shoe Provider, Shoe Store
may be mobile or on site. Space and utilities to be provided by PSNS.
On site store requires US Citizenship for store employees. All shoes
must have leather uppers or similar manmade materials. Shoes cannot be
made of canvas or nylon uppers. Current demand is 400 pair per month.
Safety Shoes provided are required to meet ANSI Z41.1 CL-75 for Safety
Toe Specificationsfor the following styles and sizes: Shoe, safety,
women's 6M, W - 10M, W, 6 inches high, black work boot, leather,
waterproof. Dual density poly-trak sole. Soft padded leather collar.
Shoe, safety, women's 6M, W - 11M, W. Brown, nubuc chukka.
Oil-resistant rubber outsole. Shoe, safety, men's 6D, E, EEE; 7C, E,
EEE - 8 1/2C, D, EEE; 9B, C, D, E, EEE - 12B, C, D, E, EEE; 13C, D, E,
EEE - 14C, D, E, EEE; 15D, EEE. Roomy TS-100 steel toe cap. Distressed
leather uppers. Leather padded collar. Mina-lug outsole. Rung-gripping
defined heel. Tempered steel shank. Full chemical restraint storm
welt. Goodyear welt construction. Shoe, safety, men's 6D, EEE; 6 1/2D,
EEE - 12D, E, EEE; 13D, EEE. 6 inch high men's shoe. Oil leather

Interested firms are requested to provide information regarding
availability of Shoe Styles, mobile or on site store, space required
for store, time to order irregular shoes outside of standard sizes,
flexibility of hours, billing requirements, and the leadtime of
implementation. A copy of ANSI Z41.1 CL-75 specification can be
obtained upon request. The above submission should be limited to 10
pages and sould reference this synopsis. All responses are to be
received within 30 days following publication of this notice. THIS
