Identify potential sources of groundwater contamination at this VA Medical Center. Quarterly groundwater monitoring reports, a synopsis of the groundwater data collected to date, a contour map showing the contamination shall be submitted to the Office of Water Resources. Recommended corrective action to abate potential sources of groundwater pollution is required. Provide cost estimates for abatement of groundwater pollution sources. SIC Code is 8712. Selection will be made by the Chairperson of the A/E board following the steps required for short selection list outlined in FAR 36. Interested firms shall submit appropriate data described in numbered Note 24 (SF 254 & SF 255) no later than 6-6-96. This is not a request for proposals.
