668-3374. Provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to
perform drydock repairs including but not limited to the following
minimum items: 91) Overhaul stern tube seals, (2) Renew water
lubricated shaft bearings, (3) Service both onboard pitch propeller
systems, (4) Preserve the transducer hull ring, (5) Overhaul, renew and
test valves, (6) Service rudder assemblies, (7) Renew fin stabilizer
seals and bearings, (8) preserve freeboard, (9) preserve
superstructure, (10) preserve bilges, (11) Temporary Logistics, (12)
Routine Dry-docking, etc. Indefinite items include but are not limited
to the following: (1) Provide additional temporary logistics. (2)
Renew shaft covering, (3) Renew fin shaft sleeve, (4) Preserve diesel
fuel tank, (5) Provide temporary messing, etc. Vessel availability
schedule is 16 Sep 96 for 42 days. Vessel length is 270 Foot ``B''
Class Medium Endurance Cutter. The vessel homeport is Portsmouth,
Virginia. This availability is restricted to 75 mile radius from
vessel's home-pier. A charge of $100.00 is required in the form of a
certified check or money order made payable to the U.S. Coast Guard for
requested drawings. All other referenced documents are available for
viewing at building 400N, Governors Island, NY. The proposed contract
listed here is part of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration
Program. Plans and Specifications will be issued on or after 26 Jun 96
from our new office location. After 01 Jun 96 our new address will be

may submit a bid which shall be considered by the United States Coast

Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates up to
$500,000 per contract to provide accounts receivable financing. The DOT
Bonding Assistance Program enables firms to apply for bid, performance
and payment bonds up to $500,000 per contract. DOT provides an 80
