Scope of Services: Reference CBD announcement 8 May 96 regarding draft RFP for PMEL services. Paragraph 17 is revised as follows: The offeror shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to manage, test, calibrate, repair, modify, certify and perform maintenance on all assigned equipment and test equipment as specified in this Performance Work Statement (PSW) except as specified in section C-3, Government Furnished Property and Services. Operation of the PMEL shall be of such quality as to provide the professional level, calibration, certification and/or repair required to assure prescribed accuracy and reliability of all Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE). Services shall be provided for Barksdale AFB LA, Beale AFB CA, Dyess AFB TX, Ellsworth AFB SC, Minot AFB ND, Offutt AFB NE, and Whiteman AFB MO including tenants and other off-base activities receiving support.
