Medical services to consist of providing annual physicals, collection and physician review of positive drug tests by our laboratory, pre-appointment physicals, and emergency care as needed. Contractor must be located within a seven (7) mile radius of the 440th Airlift Wing. The contract will be for a one (1) year period with four (4) one (1) year option periods.
