The Office of Justice Programs intends to negotiate a supplemental agreement with Aspen Systems Corporation, 1600 Research Boulevard, Rockville, MD under Contract No. OJP-94-C-004 to provide additional funding for the continuation of the existing services through March 27, 1997. The contractor will be providing enhanced technical assitance and support to OJJDP, the National Institute of Justice and Delinquency Prevention (NIJJDP), its grantees, the Coordinating Council on Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, and the Missing and Exploited Children's Program in research, program development, evaluation, training, information disemination, and research utilization activities. This supplemental agreement will be negotiated under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 252(c)(1) -- Only One Responsible Source with Unique Capabilities. This is not a request for proposals.
