Services Non-Personal: The contractor shall provide mess attendant services including, but not limited to, serving, cleaning, and minor food preparation, in the main dining facility and a satellite facility both on Eielson AFB, Alaska. This requirement is 100 percent set aside for small businesses; the competitive 8(a) set-aside is dissolved.
