During the period of performance the helicopter will be for exclusive use of the Government. The Mandatory Availability period is approximately July 15 through November 1, 7 days a week, 9 hours of standby per day. Only a flat flight rate will be paid. No guarantees. Type III Helicopters provide fire suppression support on wildland fires. This is 100% set aside for Small Business. Fixed price contract. Contract period is for one year, with two one year options.
