Kerr Environmental Research Center Building, Ada, Oklahoma. The building is approximately 12,027 square feet. Work tasks are anticipated in the following areas: (1) Removal of loose gravel, (2) Removal and replacement of designated roofing and insulation, (3) installation of the following: (a) Fill insulation, (b) Specified flashings and accessories, (c) raise curbings, (d) parapet curbing, (4) Application of roof coating, gravel surfaced, and (5) rework existing drains.
