Building 133 is a 295 SF (space enclosed) barbecue shack and covered patio, one story concrete masonry walled, steel superstructure with corrugated fiberglass roof panels, all on a reinforced concrete foundation including extensive covered patio with reinforced concrete slab on grade. Project includes the removal of foundations, sidewalks, pads, stairs, railings, asphalt and concrete pavements. The removal of existing storm drainage piping and construction of new swale (waterway). The installation of off-site fill materials ''borrow'' to bring building area up to the grades indicated in the plans. The hydro-seeding with Rebel II or approved equal fescue grass on all disturbed ground. Building 918, Ft Gillem, GA - Building 918 is a 24,690 SF, one story, wood truss roof on wood frame walls structure with reinforced concrete foundations, built in 1942. Project includes the removal of foundations, sidewalks, pads, stairs, railings, asphalt and concrete pavements to back of curb at North 36th Street, Hood Avenue and North 35th Street. The installation of off-site fill materials ''borrow'' to bring building area up to the grades indicated in the plans. The sodding of all disturbed ground with centipede sod. Buildings 413, 415, 417, 418, 419, 420 & 422, FT Gillem, GA - Building 413 is 1,900 SF, Building 417 is 1,181 SF, Building 418 is 364 SF, Building 419 is 454 SF and Building 420 is 723 SF, all are one story, wood frame on wood frame walls structure with reinforced concrete foundations, built in 1942. Building 415 is 6,562 SF and Building 422 is 720 SF, were built around 1944 and are one story structural clay tile walls with wood frame roof structures on reinforced concrete foundations. Project includes the removal of foundations for Buildings 413 and 415 only. All buildings shall have pads, stairs and railings removed within five (5) feet of building perimeter. Buildings 413 and 415 shall have # 57 crusher run installed to 8 inch depth over all its disturbed ground. Buildings 318, 667, 668, 669, 670, 671 & 672, Ft Gillem, GA - Building 667 is 500 SF, Building 668 is 208 SF, Building 669 is 208 SF, Building 670 is 52 SF, Building 671 is 52 SF and Building 672 is 73 SF and are all wood, concrete masonry, reinforced concrete structures used formerly as target storage and target launching facilities in conjunction with the skeet range. Building 318 is 4,000 SF, has a steel frame with sheet metal skin, ''Butler Type'' building. The project includes the removal of foundations for Buildings 667, 668, 669, 670, 671 & 672. All buildings shall have pads, stairs and railings removed within five (5) feet of building perimeter. Building 318 shall have an eight (8) inch thick 4,000 PSI in 28 days compressive strength concrete slab on grade poured over the existing asphalt paving and existing foundations. The magnitude of this demolition project is between $250,000 - $500,000.
