Approximately 144 personnel will reside in 72 suites in these buildings. Each suite shall include 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The existing buildings have concrete foundations and structural masonry walls with exterior brick finish. Site amenities including basketball and volleyball courts shall be constructed. Hazardous materials abatement of asbestos, lead based paint, mercury, PCB, andd CFC is required. Add new balconies to both buildings. Estimated Cost Range: $5,000,000 to $10,000,000 - - Bid sets available at $60,00 for half-size and $115.00 for full-size. No individual sheets of half-size drawings may be purchased.
