BRASWELL (404) 752-4111 (Site Code DAKF11) Contractor shall furnish all material, equipment and labor necessary to renovate the interior, provide 12 40 foot refrigerator trailers while renovation is being done and abate 9,130 SF of lead based paint and repaint, Building 517, Ft Buchanan, Puerto Rico. The work consists of, but is not limited to, the installation of plastic curtains, emergency lights, fire alarms and exterior canopy, repair of broken tiles and floor drainage, patch ceilings and walls, increase entrance size to Room No. 2, paint the interior and exterior of the building, leasing 12 electrical and diesel refrigerator trailers 40 foot long to be operated by TISA personnel for cold storage until the contract is completed. The contractor shall remove and dispose of 9,130 SF of lead based paint on the existing exterior walls before repainting. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 - $500,000 and funds are not currently available to award this project.
