Work consists of furnishing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to replace existing built-up and/or asphalt- shingle roofs with new light-weight cement tile roofs in the Manch Manor housing areas of Nellis AFB NV. The built-up roofs contain asbestos. The type of contract will be indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ). The minimum delivery order amount will be $200,000 with a guaranteed annual contract amount of $300,000 and a maximum annual contract amount of $2.1 million. The contract performance period shall be for a period of one year (365 calendar days). The applicable SIC for this acquisition is 1761 and the small business size standard is $7 million (average annual receipts for the past three fiscal years). The IFB will be issued unrestricted with a preference differential given to small disadvantaged business (SDB) firms.
