The principal features of this project shall include but not be limited to asphalt concrete pavement maintenance (cold-planing, resurfacing, patching and jet seal surface), repair (with new base course, base course scarification or asphalt-treated base) repair concrete pavement (partial or full depth repair), repair crack and joint, restriping (stripes, words, and symbols) and associated work (adjustments to static ground and installation of geotextile material). This solicitation is for one basic year and four option years, and will be issued on/or about 17 June 1996 in compliance with Public Law 100-656, Business Opportunity Development Program Act of 1988, establishing a test of unrestricted competition.
