Building 922 is 144,351 SF, one story, wood truss roof on wood frame walls structure with reinforced concrete foundations, built in 1942. Project includes the removal of foundations, sidewalks, pads, stairs, railings, asphalt and concrete pavements to the edge of pavement at North ''S'' Avenue, North ''R'' Avenue and North 30th Street and to the edge of ballast along the western edge of the site. The installation of off-site fill materials ''borrow'' to bring building area up to the adjacent grades. The installation of # 57 crusher run to a depth of eight (8) inches over all disturbed ground. The magnitude of this project is $250,000 - $500,000 and funds are not currently available to award this project.
