Work includes, but is not limited to, providing automatic irrigation system(s) and landscaping along one of Fairchild AFB's main thoroughfares, approximately seven tenths of a mile long. Work includes, but is not limited to, irrigation system(s), berms, hydroseed, trees, shrubs, topsoil and soil amendments, fertilizers and mulches, stakes and guys and landscape edging. The estimated value of the work is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 dollars. A statutory cost limitation is applicable to the minor construction (irrigation) portion of the project. Performance period is 150 calendar days. Working hours are weekdays, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, excluding federal holidays. The work is not located in a restricted or controlled area. Government furnished materials are not included. The solicitation is scheduled for issuance on or about 10 June 1996.
