Phase I will consist of grading, drainage and graveling and Phase II will consist of the completion of graveling, paving and other incidental work which will be funded in FY 1997 based on the availability of funds. The estimated start work timeframe is the July 1996, with a performance period of 120 calendar days for both phases. The estimated cost range for this project is between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. This is a Buy Indian Set-Aside. To qualify for bidding on this project, contractors must be Native American and a member of a Federally Recognized Tribe, must own at least 51% of the company, and must participate in the day to day management of the company.
