parts. For NSN 1615-01-332-0702, required delivery is 24 each by 20 May
1997 and 24 each month thereafter. For NSN 1615-01-312-2387 required
delivery is 22 each by 16 Jun 1997 and 22 each month thereafter. FOB

Transportation Officer, P.O. Box 960001, Stockton, CA. An Indefinite
Quantity Type contract is requested. A five-year ordering period shall
apply: for NSN 1615-01-332-0702, 216 units as first year quantity, and
96 units for each of the four yearly ordering periods which follow; for
NSN 1615-01-312-2387, 192 units as the first year quantity, and 252
units for each of the four yearly ordering periods which follow.
Requirements of the Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS) and
Serial Number Assignment Program (SNAP) shall apply to the contract.
For NSN 1615-01-332-0702 containers shall be Government-furnished. This
procurement requires prequalification. Contractors who desire to be
prequalified must submit qualification documentation in accordance with
procedures contained in Section L of the solicitation. This proposed
contract is for supplies for which the Government does not own
specifications and drawings. It is restricted to the following approved
source: MDHS, 5000 East McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ. Cited authority is 10
U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Firms that recognize and can produce the required
items described above are encouraged to identify themselves in writing
to the point of contact or the contracting officer, and provide
supporting evidence which will permit their participation in the
current or future solicitations. All responsible sources are encouraged
to submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. See Notes
