Requirements of the Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS) and Serial Number Assignment Program (SNAP) shall apply to the contract. For NSN 1615-01-332-0702 containers shall be Government-furnished. This procurement requires prequalification. Contractors who desire to be prequalified must submit qualification documentation in accordance with procedures contained in Section L of the solicitation. This proposed contract is for supplies for which the Government does not own specifications and drawings. It is restricted to the following approved source: MDHS, 5000 East McDowell Road, Mesa, AZ. Cited authority is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
