Internal Revenue Service needs to install approximately (70) systems
workstations on the 12th floor and (32) systems workstations on the
14th floor at the 290 Broadway Federal Building. This installation will
be done in vacant office space beginning in September. The submitted
cost estimates must be itemized. The workstations will come from
existing Internal Revenue Service inventories. The contracted vendor
must have auto cadd capabilities, trailer rental resources and system
furniture parts purchase contracts. A bill of materials will need to be
developed to retro-fit existing inventory to a generic systems
furniture layout of each floor (furnished by IRS). The vendor must be
certified for Hayworth Systems Furniture and have access to a supplier
for extra bill of materials parts purchase. Contractor must be able to
perform work on a 7 day calendar week if needed. Contractors who can
perform this service should send their responses in writing indicating
the date that this notice appeared in the CBD. Interested parties
shall request a copy of request for quotes and statement of work,
