Referenced solicitation to provide a revised Special Operations Aviation Master Plan. The revised plan will provide a vision of future Special Operation Forces missions based on the threats to United States national interests. It will provide a roadmap for Special Operations Aviation to use in preparing to support missions critical to US national interests. The base document will be unclassified, however there is a requirement for SECRET annexes or appendices. The contractor shall possess or obtain a facility clearance at the classification level of SECRET. The revised plan will be a stand-alone document which will have six phases. There is a time limit for the submission of the six phases. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) for this acquisition is 2741. All request must be submitted in writing.
