Letterkenny Army Depot intends to solicit for the emergency service and semi-annual inspections of various ''Clean Rooms''. The work includes, but is not limited to, replacing filters as needed, checking belt tension, measuring and adjusting (if needed) static pressures, and verifying heating and cooling system operations. Any components found to be faulty shall be procured and replaced by the contractor. The contractor must have the proper license to handle and dispense ozone depleting refrigerants. The estimated issue date of the quote is 6 June 1996. First inspection will occur 30 days after award of purchase order. Emergency service shall be provided within 24 hours of notification by appointed Letterkenny personnel. To expedite the potential award of the quote, only facsimile requests will be accepted by the Contract Specialist at FAX (717) 267-9834. No telephone or mailed proposals will be accepted. A site inspection date will be announced with the quote. The government is utilizing both electronic and written means to solicit and reserves the right to award by either means; whichever is the most advantageous to the government.
