Rowley Training Center (J.J.R.T.C.) in Beltsville, MD and the Post Office Range (P.O.R.) in Washington, D.C. This includes providing all hardware equipment, supplies and installation at the firearm ranges and controls. Yearly or bi- annual maintenance shall also be provided. See Note 22.
