Roach, Phone (703)342-1825 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to procure Contractor Advisory and Assistance Services in support of the Weapons and Targets Competency, AIR-4.1. Solicitation N00019-96-P5-RA010 will contain a base year, plus three option years, averaging approximately 64,000 hours per year. The services include analyses of engineering and manufacturing systems and/or processes. Due to the nature of the government's requirement, the contractor must maintain facilities that are located within thirty (30) miles of the main gate of the Naval Air Station at Patuxent River, and within the following Maryland counties: Prince George, Calvert, Charles, and St. Mary. To be considered for award, the contractor must have a top secret facilities clearance.
