The certified industrial hygienist(s) shall provide on-site safety inspections to identify safety hazards and provide recommendations for correcting such hazards. The certified industrial hygienist(s) shall provide on-site inspection, sample gathering, sample analysis and subsequent evaluation services using contractor- supplied equipment to identify occupational health hazards and provide technical assistance in correcting these hazards. The contractor shall also provide all supporting services to include sampling or measuring equipment, personnel protective equipment and administrative support services. See numbered Note 1. (0144)
