Description of Work: Construction of storm drainage control structures to eliminate or reduce storm water exposure to significant industrial materials. Construction involves secondary containment of concrete curbing and cover of metal roofing at approximately seventeen different sites on Langley AFB. Some sites require concrete masonry unit (CMU) block and metal fence construction for appearance and architectural compatibility. Approximately seven sites involve constructing secondary containment and cover or replacement of existing above ground fuel storage tanks. Some sites may involve minor landscaping for appearance and compatibility to local surroundings. Exterior lighting required at some sites. Network Analysis System will not be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $500,000 to $1,000,000. Charge for solicitation documents is $25. Make check payable to F&A Officer.
