The United States Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to construct a Federal Detention Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. All work associated with the Detention Center must be completed within 730 calander days after issuance of the notice to proceed. The estimated value for this project is in excess of $50,000,000. Documents will be available on June 22, 1996. Bid Documents may be obtained by written request to Ewing, Cole, Cherry, Brott, Federal Reserve Bank Building, Independence Mall West, 100 North 6th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106-1590 for a non-refundable fee of $725.00 per set. In order to ensure timely receipt of bid documents the Bureau of Prisons asks that requests for documents be recieved by 6/14/96.
