Y -- CONSTRUCTION OF COMFORT STATION AT SOUTH BEACH, POINT REYES NATIONAL SEASHORE, CA SOL 1443-IB-8530-96-004. DUE 071596. Contact Kris Swofford, 415/663-8522, Ext 230. Project consists of all labor, materials, and equipment required for the general construction of a new comfort station of approximately 800 square feet. Station will include reinforced concrete piers; elevated concrete slab and grade beams; reinforced concrete masonry walls; pressure treated fire retardant wood siding; finish carpentry; glazing; roofing; plumbing and electrical systems; lighting; and connections to the existing utilities systems. Project will include the construction of bituminous concrete surfaced walks, including subgrade preparation and aggregate base; and the design, furnishing and installation of an automatic wet pipe fire sprinkler system, including control wiring and fire alarm in accordance with NFPA 70-90 requirements. Completion is required within 120 days after Notice to Proceed. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000.
