The work consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to remediate Radon, Military Family Housing, at Scott AFB IL, in accordance with plans and specifications. The principle items of work shall include, but is not limited to, the following: Provide all radon ductwork, fans and assessories, provide all electrical equipment, excavate areas where radon mitigation system installation is required. Restore excavated area to original condition. Conduct all required radon system test measurements and backdrafting checks upon completion of each fan system installation. Remove and dispose of all debris found in crawlspace, etc. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The proposed contract listed herein is UNRESTRICTED.
