Arnold, Contract Specialist, (501)543- 7483/Priscella Sullivan, Contracting Officer, (501)543-7271 Work consists of removing foam coating, cutout blisters, repair and reroof with torch-applied mineral surface APP modified bitumen roofing system, from approximately 3,075 square meters of existing built-up roof (BUR) on buildings 12 and 13 at NCTR, Jefferson, Arkansas. Work also includes: repair of deteriorated roofing, sealing around all equipment and supports, removal of unusable telephone conduit and supports on Building 13. All materials supplied by the contractor shall be new. The period of performance will be 90 calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. The magnitude of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The anticipated release date for the solicitation package is June 6, 1996; closing date for receipt of bids is July 10, 1996. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification Code for this acquisition is 1761; small business size standard is $7.0 million.
