Successful contractor shall provide labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals, as required to repair portland cement concrete taxiways and parking aprons for the Tennessee Air National Guard at McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville, Tennessee. Work shall include: removal and replacement of deteriorated concrete slabs, crack and joint sealing, excavation and grading of drainage swales, and reconstruction of concrete catch basins. Incidentals to the work will include: replacement and compaction of deteriorated sub-base, establishment of vegetation in disturbed areas, and installation of drainage culvert. Performance time is 270 calendar days. Plans and specifications will be available on or about June 14, 1996. A non-refundable certified check or money order is required for plans and specifications in the amount of $136.00 made payable to the Treasurer of the United States. The solicitation will be furnished at no cost. Plans and specifications will also be available for review at various plans houses within the state.
