Work includes, but is not limited to, removing the existing built up roofs down to the deck, and provide and install modified built up roofs, including insulation, new gravel stops, other flashings, and wood nailers. Estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The completion time for this project is 90 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. This is a unrestricted procurement available to all responsible sources. A bid guarantee is required in an amount not less than 20% of the bid price. The solicitation will be issued on 6/06/96. A site visit is scheduled for 6/25/96 at 10:00 a.m. local time, and all bidders are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed.
