materials, equipment and services necessary to perform structural
repairs to the Horse Barn, historic structure located in the Upper
Pierce Ranch Historic District at Point Reyes National Seashore. Work
will consist of miscellaneous site clearing and site reconditioning;
excavation of below floor areas for installation of new foundations and
to maintain clearance from framing; removal and salvage of existing
wood flooring, siding and other building elements; installation of new
sub-surface drainage; installation of new concrete foundations;
installation of new steel frames, installation of new structural
members; and repair of existing wood posts and beams as required.
Completion is required within 120 days after Notice to Proceed. The
estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Drawings and
Specifications will be made available on or about 20 June 1996 at a
