Remove one existing multi-zone, one single zone and five vertical split system packaged air-handling units, replace with one VAV (with VFD) and two constant volume air-handling units. Add three additional new VFD's and volume dampers, also install one duct humidifier. Open and clean four AHU's, replace all fan bearings and inspect for damage (fan blades and shafts, etc.). Ductwork modifications to AHU's #1, 3, 4 and 6. Purchase and install new oil-less air compressor, exhaust fan and ductwork, and DDC system for all new equipment. The estimated magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
